My experience was not so good with a refurbished Iphone x A grade, after opening the box I saw the damaged speaker holes with burn marks and had to return it at my expense for a phone that should not have been classed as A grade. I liked the phone bot website as the phones were reasonably priced and showed no damage that's why I expected a good quality product. Also on the website it does read that Phonebot pays for the return postage on high priced items but I only received my purchase price.
