My daughter purchased a refurbished phone from Phonebot recently. Initially I was very sceptical however Phonebot returned my call very promptly and answered all my questions around what 'refurbished' means and what I could expect. Payment was made, the phone was delivered very quickly and I can't actually believe what excellent condition the iphone is in. It looks brand new, works like brand new and even came with chargers, a case and warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to use Phonebot again - their customer service, purchase and delivery communication and the actual product is 10/10.
