My overall experience was quite confusing as I was told multiple, inconsistent things when I asked questions. As a customer I would expect that the information that I am being given is going to be consistent, and not told different things by different people.
Other than that, my product I have bought is good and no problems so far, and it is everything as advertised. Whilst I was able to save a bit of money through purchasing at Phonebot, next time I would probably buy at a place in person, as this will avoid the frustration of mix messages.
