I'm very happy with phonebot.
The Phone was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean (a grade B, but seemed spotless to me). I visited the shop in Reservior, and the staff were very helpful, proficient and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the result.
(I had recently used a similar online shop out there (B_c_xt_ch) that sent me a non Oz "demo" model with severe screenburn, even the replacement still had a bit of burn).
But this phonebot phone is excellent, no sign of issues. I'll be back for sure.
