I recently purchased a refurb (like new) Samsung Galaxy s10+
I had to contact customer service and was paired with Simon.
Simon was able to answer a particular question I had.
My phone has since arrived and it is in immaculate condition.
I look forward to getting the best out of it for a while to come!
