I really like the idea of refurbishing, recycling, and repairing phones rather than having them end up in landfill, that's why I chose Phonebot for my new phone. Their warranty gave me peace of mind. I was happy with the A grade phone that I received, however, after only 10 days I noticed that it had charging issues, which quickly became worse until it didn't charge anymore at all. To cut a long story short I had to send this phone back three times. After the first time, the issue reappeared after 10 days, the second time the phone was returned with the same issue ... apparently, no issue could be detected by phonebot. The customer service was great to begin with but got worse as time went on. When calling I was kept on hold for six minutes and then the call just dropped without a chance to leave a message. There were no updates about what was going on. My emails took days to be answered. The promised reimbursement for postage was not paid on all occasions. This whole episode took four months until I finally got a replacement. To sum it up my experience was very frustrating as I needed that phone with its features for work. I would not buy from this company again and definitely not recommend it.
