I bought an “out of box” I phone 13 pro max and the battery health was 88%!I called and asked after some calls a replacement..they said that they had to look at the warehouse if there was another one for replacement and they would call back..
NEVER CALLED BACK AND NEVER ANSWERED ME.
Now I left abroad and have paid for an at least 2 year old mobile at the price of an almost new one!
NEVER buying again from here.
Very disappointed!
