There was a short delay (a few days) in sending out my phone, but Phonebot notified me and then sent it express to compensate. Delighted with the product (Huawei P20 Pro dual SIM) - I chose "B" grade but the phone turned out to be in really excellent condition. A month later, I remain delighted. Glad to recommend them.
