The Phonebot site was easy to navigate, order and pay. My refurbished iPhone X arrived in a day or two via AusPost and they also included a free case. The phone is "as new" (as advertised) and has worked just fine. I decided to use Phonebot rather than Reebelo (which advertised cheaper prices) because they are Australian and I was worried about sorting out any potential problems with a Singapore-based online marketplace. If you want to save yourself about $1,000 compared with the Aussie high street retail prices for the latest iPhone handsets and be confident of the quality of the product and related service, I highly recommend using Phonebot. At time of writing in May 2023, it's difficult to source iPhone X handsets in the Aussie shops, even though you can still get the latest iOS on them.
