Bought a Grade A iPhone from Phonebot some time ago. Like new, not a mark on it and battery 92%. Very happy with it.
Recently bought a Grade A iPad from them, then changed my mind in favour of a new one from Apple and asked for a refund under their 7-day, no-questions-asked returns policy. After checking the iPad to make sure I wasn't trying to pull a fast one, they sent me a full refund the day after I returned it.
Excellent company. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
