Very happy. Purchased a refurbished Iphone 11 pro. The phone was exactly as described and in excellent conditon. Worked perfectly. Worked on the Australian networks without issue. They have a shop in Melbourne and they actually answer the phone, so when I called with questions before the purchase they were happy to assist. This is my second purchase from phonebot and I would totally recommend them.
