Excellent condition and well packaged for shipping. The phone was a gift for my daughter, which I mentioned when purchasing the phone on line. When the phone arrived and I opened the Australia Post satchel, to my surprise the box containing the phone was gift wrapped. This showed an attention to detail and good customer service, which is a rear thing these days Thank you.
