Phone came in excellent condition as advertised. Only issue is I opted for toll priority which did in fact come the next day after purchasing the phone, but I was home all day with 2 other people and the were "unable to deliver" with no note being left, so I had to call toll directly. other than that, no other issues, very happy with the phone :D
