The phone was in very good condition, no obvious signs of wear. When started, it worked just fine. The battery condition was fair (90% of original charge) given its age. For the price paid, I am very happy with this phone (one of two that I purchased as replacements for older phones). Overall, I am very happy with both the service and the product.
