two days in a row no one available to answer a phone query. If this is normal you should state that phone contact is not readily available. Order placed last Thursday, if no gold phone available surely could email straight away instead of Tuesday. I allowed 10 days to get phone to us for grand daughters birthday. I hope with changed address details that it will arrive at new addresss by next Monday. Thank you. Communication is the most important factor for people to understand problems.
