Its disappointing that I chose to place an order via Phonebot due to description of the items for sale and also the shipping terms. I am questioning why the express post is offered as I paid for this service but have still not received the item. As a recommendation I believe you should mention when deliveries need to be signed for as this could cause additional delay with the delivery which is already longer than expected.
