My (Grade A) iPhone 7 had a boot issue soon after it arrived but I received a warranty replacement within a few days. The replacement phone has a couple of small rub marks on the rear of the phone but the screen and battery life are as good as a new phone. I bought from these guys because they are local Beware, many of the sellers of refurbished phones in Australia are actually overseas and it can be difficult and expensive to deal with them if an issue occurs within the warranty period
