Initially I was unable to order on line. Once over that glitch, the pick-up service was good and the over the counter assistance was invaluable.
The 'deal' included a free phone cover, of which Phonebot were out of stock. I was told they would post this outstanding item to me. I have yet to receive this, but it has only been a short time since I picked the item up.
