In my case, Phonebot's customer service has been very good. I bought a phone via their website and received it within 36 hours. It was in near perfect condition as per their description. After a day of use, I found the phone just too physically large to be practical. So I returned it via registered mail under Phonebot's 7 day Change of Mind policy. They refunded the amount within a few hours of receiving the phone. I can't fault their service and would consider purchasing from them again.
