A few days ago I purchased an iPhone XS and Samsung Galaxy S10 5G from Phonebot and I'm happy with both phones. I purchased the phones online and then the next day went to pick up the phones from one of the stores as I live nearby. It was closed was a very good reason as it was a public holiday and I had forgotten this due to the pandemic. I knocked anyway sort of hopefully, and one of the guys came to the door, let me in, and another staffer sorted me out with good grace. Totally professional and helpful even though they were doing a bunch of other jobs and they weren't even open to street traffic. Very good social distancing management as well.
