customer service is okay. need to keep customers informed if their order is not complete when dispatched and advise why and if missing item is coming or what is happening.product seems okay so far but with 12 months warranty at least there is hope for help if product fails.prices are slightly more expensive but the free postage is good.overall not too bad to deal with so far
