It's hard to complain, I got a great, brand new, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, for $200 cheaper than I could buy it in any store, it was delivered quickly, and the phone is great.
The only complaint I have is that the package seal was broken when it arrived. So I'm not sure whether the store had a reason for that, but as such the box had obviously been pre-opened which made me nervous. However after inspecting it all, it appears fine.
