This is the second time ordering from Phonebot and again im very pleased with my phone and the customer service. I purchased a Galaxy note 9 (Grade A Refurbished) and I'm amazed by its quality, indistinguishable from a new phone.
Adding the hand sanitiser is a nice thoughtful touch too.
Would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for a refurbished phone.
