This is the second iPhone I've purchased. The first was from a store last year. This one was from the website. The one I just bought seems great. Only had it for a few days. No issues. Came with a phone cover, charger and even a bottle of hand steriliser (these are the times we live in!).
I had issues with trying to pay using my Amex but the issue appeared to be with the banking site that takes the payment. The Phonebot rep (a real person) responded quickly but couldn't fix it. Was very pleasant and friendly. Recommended!
