Nothing but great things to say, from the online service, quick processing of postage (3 days from Vic to Syd) and especially the product, my new S9 Plus is in immaculate condition. To also know it has a standard 3month warranty also gives piece of mind, but as said this phone isn't just A Grade it is brand new. Thank you Phonebot.
