Product good , final sales person was helpful but payment process was dreadful.Declined by AMEX, same with Visa. Eventually accepted by Visa.after I offered to do bank transfer .All this took approx 1 hour but left me unsure if Visa "s transaction had been processed . Next day I found Visa transaction had definitely gone through. Some excuse was eventually given that your financial advisors insisted on bank transfers in case buyer cancelled order & kept the phone. Why wasn't this explained at outset.Think how your customers feel when they arre stuffed around like I was .
