Ridiculously bad in my experience, gave me an estimate of £84 on the internet, then after 'evaluation' £40, turned into £60 after 're-evaluation', then £65 and £70.
Declined any offer out of principal, used another company which also paid for postage, received payment with no damage after evaluation within a few days!
