Had phones from years ago sitting in a cupboard which weren’t much use to me anymore. Emailed to clarify how to remove my old stuff off them and they helped me do this. I decided to send them in myself as opposed to waiting for the free label as i just used my work post. They weren’t worth a lot but the payment came through the next day. I will be using them in the future when I upgrade.
