THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. PLEASE AVOID! I found Phones 2 Pounds on a price comparison website and they promised me the best deal. They were prompt to send me the packaging to post my device back to them but then I didn't hear from them for weeks (despite being promised payment on the day that they received my device). After multiple emails I finally received a 'revised quote' of more than half of what they had initially offered me. They claimed that my phone had damages including a 'deep scratch to the screen' and 'multiple scratches' and 'poor battery health'. My phone was in PERFECT condition without a single scratch. These were all fabricated damages to try and take money from me. I plead my case and told them that I had given them a like-new condition phone, to which they upped the sale prise very minimally. I wanted to ask for my phone back, but after reading reviews of the company returning devices that were then scratched and damaged, or not returning the device at all, I decided to cut my losses and accept the ridiculously low offer they had quoted me. I was silly enough to choose this company without first reading the reviews. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL LIE IN ORDER TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY. In future I'll be taking a lower offer from a more reputable and trustworthy company to avoid this happening again.
