Myself and wife both upgraded our iPhones . Both of our phones are in mint condition with not a scratch on . Knowing how some of these companies can be , we took time stamped photos . Showing phones in perfect condition .
Two emails received today one to wife and one to me , both saying the phones are scratched badly and offering 60 less on one and 50 less on other .
Have sent them an email saying we have time stamped photos , either review their offer or send them back . AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR PHONES IF YOU HAVE TO USE
