I placed an order on a Thursday afternoon. They managed to somehow get the returns packaging shipped to me quickly because it arrived the morning after. I posted my phone on the Friday through the post office and received the payment on Monday. For reference the phone I sent in was an iPhone 6S and it had a crack on the screen.
