I came in a bit later than anticipated and got to their Marylebone office later. Bryan who was there said it takes an hour to do the work, and I would have to leave it and pick it up the next day,however because I use my phone for work it would have been very inconvenient. Bryan then offered to do the work as quickly and efficiently as he could. He save d me an extra journey , he went the extra mile which is very refreshing. Top class customer service, I even want him to come and work for our company. Thank you Bryan!
