I shop a lot on ebay for convenience but the number of times I receive an item that fails to fulfil expectation due to faults, damage or general lack of quality is frustrating to say the least. How refreshing then to receive something that is exactly what I required without so much as a hint of compromise. Good quality, item precisely as described, well packaged and quick delivery. The vendor has obviously thought about what the customer wants. This is how shopping online should be.
