“I love the vinyl sticker paper! However, the backing on the glossy version destroys my sticky Matt’s. I would love to use it unfortunately I can’t because it leaves backing paper stuck to my Matt’s. The Matte and clear versions work great”

“Never received my order. Emailed twice and the contact number does not operate anymore. Suppose to be 24/7 support. Terrible service. I also could be out of pocket during such tough times. Will stop using this company and would advise to stay away.”

“Warning!!! 12/2021: their brochures use slightly different colors than the “matching” business cards, and they’ve been unable to fix the problem. I’ve tried since 10/2021 to get them to fix this…and they are either unable (or unwilling) to address this. After20+ years, I will no longer be a customer.”

“Ordered paper on the 23rd of the month and expected delivery on the 9th of next month. Only takes 16 days- quick delivery is BS.”

“Only ever had one issue with PPD and there t-shirt transfer paper is one of the best but when you do have a problem don't expect a quick resolution and be prepared to be told its your fault !”

“I've bought from PPD many times, both through Amazon and their own website, and they've never let me down! They always deliver top quality paper (I've tried and tested various different types and it's by far the best I've come across for the price) and shipping is usually very speedy. I can't comment on their customer service as I've never needed to contact them, which can only be a good thing!”

“I had a delivery go adrift and they replaced it immediately I reported non delivery. I then had delivery of the replacement together with the original! I have no hesitation in recommending this company”
