I bought a lens from Photospecialst which was priced in Pounds. I was however charged in Euros (not mentioned when I ordered) and the cost on my credit card was £39 more than on the pro forma invoice I received from them. I sent an E-Mail to them and received no reply. I then called them and they promised to refund the £39. No refund has been paid. My advice would be to avoid this company. I have had MUCH BETTER experiences with Panamoz.
