Bought an Irix Firefly 15mm lens from… Bought an Irix Firefly 15mm lens from these people. Lens has serious chromatic/astigmatism errors and was returned to base for repair/replacement under warranty. Having set themselves 2 separate 3-day targets for updating me and another "guaranteed" update for this week - Photospecialist continue to let me down and just don;t even bother to come back to me. My lens has been back with them 36days and their repair centre have yet to even look at it. Serious folks, if there was a possibility of "minus *" then that's what I would be rating. Abysmal after-service. Abysmal comms. Just. Abysmal. Avoid this company unless you have money to burn.
