I bought an item back in August. It is November now and the item has not been delivered.
I contacted Photospecialist who said it was a UPS issue.
They refused to issue a refund or help get the problem fixed.
Their response "We shipped it and gave you the tracking information there is nothing more we can do"
Somehow it is MY fault I didn't receive the item :)
Stay away from this awful company
