I ordered a 34 inch curved monitor LG 34WP85C-B on 02DEC2022. Shipment was delayed by a few days. When I turned on the monitor, I found a dirt buried inside the monitor and I requested return immediately. After a few days of email, photospecialist sent me a return label to ship it back to Netherland via UPS. I took the monitor to UPS and they refused to send any monitor > 32 inch to Netherland, but they can ship it from Netherland to UK for unknown reason. I checked back photospecialist and they have NO reply for more than 2 weeks (almost 3 weeks now). Even I told them DHL is willing to ship the 34 inch monitor, there is no response from them. The monitor was packed and un-used in my home for more than 3 weeks while I am waiting for the return shipment and response from photospecialist. I have paid for an un-used monitor for more than one month and I still have no information on what I can do. Although it may be cheaper to buy from photospecialist, unless you are sure you are lucky, DON’T expect you can return your purchase to them because they never response to you.
