Rip off merchants. Bought an item and it does not meet with my requirements. I have to pay £25 to return the item for a refund. I paid £9.99 for the initial postage now I have £25 to return, that's a total of £34.99 (round to £35) which is 51% of the value of the item I purchased. DON'T USE THEM!
