Ordered two items.
The back stretcher arrived, and very very difficult to assemble and trying to put it together it has snapped. ( very hard plastic).
I have emailed them asking how-to.proceed with, return replacement etc. No reply, and,reading all the negative reviews I don't expect to . Very disappointed. Please be very wary when ordering from this company.
