“Appalling service.. had to return something I ordered on 25/8/24... took several.emails to get a return address.. paid and extra £6 for tracked delivery... Still not had the money back and ignoring emails.”

The back stretcher arrived, and very very difficult to assemble and trying to put it together it has snapped. ( very hard plastic).
I have emailed them asking how-to.proceed with, return replacement etc. No reply, and,reading all the negative reviews I don't expect to . Very disappointed. Please be very wary when ordering from this company.”

Ordered a knee brace, firstly it arrived covered in animal hair which I found very strange for a ‘new item’, also poor quality.
The email address I tried to contact them on is invalid as is the phone number.
On my credit card bill says ‘store more garden buildings ltd’ which comes under the category ‘antique shop’

“Ordered a walking boot for my daughter. It stated it was a size 2-6 but was too big for her size 3 foot.
The website states that customers have only 14 days to return an item and returns cannot be made without first contacting Physioroom. I duly emailed them on the given email address to ask for the returns address but, a week later, have still had no reply, despite sending a follow-up email. No phone number is given and no paperwork was with the delivery. I wonder if they are trying to run down the clock so they can claim the return hasn't been made in time?”
“Return a back brace because it far to large ,I’ve been given the run around for the return of my money since 28/02/22 date now 10/04/22 .
So please think before you buy that this company are as they say shyster’s.”
