“Ordered a walking boot for my daughter. It stated it was a size 2-6 but was too big for her size 3 foot.
The website states that customers have only 14 days to return an item and returns cannot be made without first contacting Physioroom. I duly emailed them on the given email address to ask for the returns address but, a week later, have still had no reply, despite sending a follow-up email. No phone number is given and no paperwork was with the delivery. I wonder if they are trying to run down the clock so they can claim the return hasn't been made in time?”
