I was very impressed with how quick my order came but unfortunately it was too chunky for my daughter so emailed your sales team and took a few days to reply but gave me some other options I ordered one of these options have had a emailed confirming order but have now been told it's out of stock and my daughter is needing this support Thursday 5th July so started ok but has gone down hill
