My order duly arrived taking longer than I expected - 2 weeks. Regretfully the item was smaller than anticipated, and the reason for the order was to assist my healing process, and by the time I received the item a replacement was not the appropriate course of action. I returned the item following a phone call to explain the situation and was treated with the utmost curtesy receiving a refund on receipt of the item.
