Ordered a parcel for my injured boyfriend on 21/08/2018.. 2 weeks later no confirmation email, no dispatch email and no tracking information. On the 3rd week with still no sign of the parcel I had to email TWICE before anyone would answer me. I did get a full refund, and no parcel ever arrived so looks as if none was sent in the first place. Terrible experience, would not recommend.
