My frame was beautifully made. Questions I wanted to ask were answered promptly and politely and when it arrived it was so easy to install my artwork into the frame - it fits perfectly. There was a slight delay in processing and delivering my order, this was relayed to me in a personal message and I totally appreciated the reasons for the delay. I would definitely re-use and recommend Picframes.
