Appalling Company, Mike doesn’t seem to be standing by his Company ethos! Ordered a frame with mount, frame arrived weeks late with no mount, emailed with no answer and phone number isn’t available. Do not use under any circumstances, shocking customer service.

Although the website is active i believe this company has now ceased trading as there has been no replies to my emails/messages . i would definately not use this company under any circumstances

Late delivery, impossible to get hold of by phone. I add my warning to many others - don't use this company. They may have gone bust. They should be prevented from advertising on the internet.

Bad communication, late delivery, unobtainable by phone, never answer questions in email, got replies from various sources and denied getting my emails and refused to call me as I had an exhibition deadline, will never ever use again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I sent in an order for four frames, almost £200, and have received only two of them, taking almost three weeks. The company cannot be reached - no replies to emails, nobody to take a telephone call. Currently, I have no idea whether I will ever receive the last two frames I have paid for, or even a refund. Getting ready to escalate a claim through my bank.

It appears I am not alone in providing a negative comment about this company - just look at some of the others. Do not be tempted by the permanent 10% off they have on their website. I placed an order with Picframes, but realised I needed to amend the order. Their website does not allow you to change or cancel orders (just view them). So, I sent them an e-mail via their contact form and tried to phone them first thing the following day. Their website states that they respond within 24 hours - THEY DO NOT. I've sent several contact forms, and it takes them about 4 days to respond on average. I tried to call them on their number several times during the day, but nobody answers. To be honest, I don't know why they have a phone number. On their website, they claim their current order times as taking 5-7 days from order - THIS IS NOT TRUE. My order didn't arrive for over 21 days from ordering. I received several e-mails saying it was going ‘into production’, ‘in production’, ‘ready for shipping’ - but I still didn't receive my order. Their website states that the frames are in stock, but the company's response said they had delivery issues getting the materials (which implies they do not have them in stock). When my order was finally shipped by DHL, they delivered it to the wrong address (with somebody else's front door photo and signature). It took me another 7 days to get DHL to tell me where they had delivered it, and I had to collect it myself from the incorrect address in the end. The order was well packaged, and the quality of the frames is just about fine, but nothing special. I ordered 22mm frames, but the frame is more like 18mm (and very similar to another frame they sell - which I didn't order). The frames tend to bend/buckle, so I’ve had to put some glue to hold them together. Would I buy from this company again - certainly not. I was tempted by the 10% off and other claims they make on their website. Any company that doesn't respond to customers in a reasonable time should not be selling online.

Unfortunately I have read these reviews too late. I have placed an order, no update on delivery, no answering calls, and when the order finally arrived, it was THE WRONG ONE! Trying to contact them to send it back, no reply. Do not use this company.

OK, looking at others' reviews sounds like if you get your frames perfectly first time all is good. If there's a problem, you're on your own. I've emailed and phoned countless times. I used their 'surefit guarantee'. Well, that's nonsense. At first 'Mike' said, no problem, it's fine to remake the frames. Then he said one of them had been sent. Well, that's a total lie! And now 'Mike' is ignoring my emails (which he used to take a week or so to reply to anyway) hence the review. I've been super patient and now I'm done. Please do not use this company. I'm really sympathetic to companies who have been struggling since Brexit or the pandemic or whatever... But this one is clearly BAD. And arguably fraudulent.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I think they might have gone under. I placed an order Sunday 9th July 2023 for a frame and it has not arrived over a week later despite them promising a 48 hour delivery window. I have sent emails and had no reply, I have called but it goes straight to a voicemail saying 'there is nobody available to take your call'. I have not received any dispatch or tracking information. It looks like they might still be taking money but not fulfilling orders. It's highly likely I have lost my money and I am writing this to prevent others from losing money too.

When the frame arrived it was damaged. I have emailed them twice, sending photos of the damaged packaging and picture frame but have received no reply. I tried phoning them but I just get a recorded message saying no one is available to answer and then I get cut off. I have dealt with this company for years but have never had to contact them so didn’t realise how bad their customer service is until now. I certainly won’t be ordering any more frames from them.

My order of 10th Dec 22 has not arrived having been lost by DHL. PIcframes do not respond to emails. The chat line takes contact details but no one calls back. The helpline just says noone is available and hangs up. There is no way to speak to someone at Picframes to resolve my issue. Its now 6th Jan 23 ans I don't have the frame I paid for. The only recourse now is a credit card dispute. This is literally the worse company I have ever dealt with for customer service. Avoid!!

Tried calling this company many times in order to make a repeat order, every time I ring I get the same message 'No one available to take your call', annoyingly there is no option to leave a message.

My picture frames have arrived. They have blue tinted and marked glaze. I ordered clear glass. Your phone rings but tells me 'no one is available to answer my call - goodbye' which I consider most unhelpful - no opportunity given to leave a message.

I have waited a long time for my picture frame. Then I had an email from this firm saying they did not have the moulding I wanted anymore. So I asked for a refund and have had no reply since then!

Everything that possibly could go wrong has this time. Too numerous to mention. Mike knows the problems but my main frustration is they never answer the phone and all you get is an impersonal voice saying "Goodbye"

I ordered 2 weeks ago and have not received my order and no one seems able to tell me if I will ever receive it. Their phone does not work and something seems off with this company. The chat says they will get in touch but don’t. I feel like they have taken my money and ran off.
