The frame I received seems really nice. However I did pay for an urgent that took a while to arrive. When I got in touch via the website's chat function twice I was told someone would be in touch with an update asap and it had been marked as urgent but never got one until I received a message to say it was only now in prodcution a week after the order had been placed. I realise that it takes time to make the frames but it would have been nice to receive an update or know it would take that long to go into production, especailly as I had paid extra for the urgent order and been in contact to ask about when it was likely to arrive after not hearing anything other than order confirmation. Once it had gone into production it arrived fairly quickly after that so that aspect was fine.

The jury is out! The frame I received looks to be decent quality but the mount doesn’t overlap the edge of my picture at all so I’ll need to replace it. I discussed my requirements and measurements online to make sure I got it right but alas the finished product isn’t quite what I expected. I don’t know whether it’s my fault or theirs but disappointingly I haven’t received a reply to my 2 emails asking the question.

Main problem - no fixings on back to enable the picture to be hung up. Reasonable quality

Frame colour much darker than expected - virtually black.. Frame not wood but a type of fibre board. One poor joint with bare frame colour showing through. Very well packaged.

OK Ordered it because it was the cheapest option for a diy frame. Would order from here again.

The frame itself was fine, however the production and delivery took ages. Apparently this was due to Covid.

Better range of frame dimensions than other stores, good customer service, but sadly the quality of the frame wasn't of good quality compared to other stores I purchased from.

Good clear website and ordering procedure plus good initial response. But disappointed with the delay to my order and the poorly assembled frames - glaring gaps in each corner on both frames.

The quality of the product was excellent however the delivery was poor. I used the website to order 2 frames which were in stock and as there was no warnings of any threat to delays etc went ahead with the order expecting delivery in a week. (An order with a rival firm a week earlier took 5 days). A confirmation email duly turned up after order but I failed to see a warning that it may take 10 - 15 days owing to Covid issues!. Had I known this upfront I would not have ordered . After 15 days another email arrived to say the order had been "picked' for production and it would then take another "few days" to process. After 5 days I sent an email (could not get through on the phone - rang 3 times during the advertised opening times ) verify delivery date to be told there were issues with suppliers - agin - no indication on the website!. Then eventually after 20 + days the frames arrived carefully wrapped etc So a mixed bag - so disappointing the communication was not a lot better.

I love the ability to customise frames - it would have got 5/5 if the frame joins had not had gaps in (not that noticable - but doesn't bear scrutiny). The bevelled edging on the card cuts into the next on most corners, so another star deducted :-( However will order another one just to see what the average quality is like. Unique in offering all this so keep improving.

After waiting about 4 weeks I recently received my first order and I’m a bit dissatisfied. The frame itself looks good but I ordered a double mount and the top mount was cut back to front (bevelled on the inside) and was unusable. The frame was also distorted on one side in the packaging but did spring back once unpackaged leaving a dent in the mount.

NIce frame but very slow order completion and delivery. I know you let me know that it would take a while but frankly I didn't expect to have to wait almost 4 weeks for a simple frame, especially at these prices.

The frames look to be good quality but if you want them quickly then be prepared for a long wait. The frames I ordered took weeks to arrive.

I ordered 5 frames. The frames were well made. However, two had damaged corners due to poor packaging most probably as it was the corners that had been slightly dented and squashed. I contacted Picframes straight away and sent photos as soon as I unwrapped the package. No one ever got back to me to try to resolve the problem with the damage. Poor service if there is a problem with your order.

Hello, it was a good design process, took too long to receive it though and it was warped when it arrived. It was well packed though. Decided to carry on as I did not want to wait any longer so I accepted the warping. I've hung it and it looks good.

Very, very slow service even given the current situation. Frame was good when it finally arrived but if it's for a special occasion, order months in advance!

Took 15 working days, so almost 3 weeks. The mount is too small and it's incredibly difficult to align the poster with the mount. Had it been even 2mm larger, it would have been much better. 'Plexi glass' a surprise, I thought it was glass - but I misunderstood the term 'acrylic glazing'. Backings are slightly smaller than the actual frame so it all moves about a bit - not a snug fit for home assembly.

frame was fine - exactly as described, but (possibly due to COVID) delivery was over four weeks, which was disappointing

The first frame I recieved had two areas of blemishes which looked like a possible result of poor workmanship. However I emailed the contact on the delivery note along with a photo, there was no quibble about sending a replacement frame which I was very grateful for. The second frame was much better.

Items on arrival were exactly what was ordered and the high standard I expected. Thank you. Time between order and deliver was not the 10 days initially proposed on ordering it took 21days in total. On enquiry after day 10 I received a reply not taking ownership of the issue, no apology just blaming covid. Don't say you can deliver in ten days when you can't. An honest expected delivery date and timely arrival would have received 5 stars
