“AVOID THIS COMPANY. I sent in an order for four frames, almost £200, and have received only two of them, taking almost three weeks. The company cannot be reached - no replies to emails, nobody to take a telephone call. Currently, I have no idea whether I will ever receive the last two frames I have paid for, or even a refund. Getting ready to escalate a claim through my bank.”

“I have waited a long time for my picture frame. Then I had an email from this firm saying they did not have the moulding I wanted anymore. So I asked for a refund and have had no reply since then!”

“I love everything about your service - the notes beforehand to let me know progress, the packaging - SO safe and yet so easy to get into! Why can’t all packaging be this efficient and simple to open? And all of this before the frames themselves - perfect, just what I hoped for, I have black and white studio photos of my parent I think on their engagement - 1940 or so. They look very lovely. Thank you.”

“Really impressed with my purchase. I needed a frame that was not standard and PicFrames allowed me to personalise it to fit my small posters (movie stills). Really professional service, very speedy turnaround time and importantly they are British so I feel that I am helping support small businesses through these challenging times.”

“The margins on the matting were not what was ordered they were out by 2 or 3 mm which is enough to mis-frame the picture, which is an old map on an irregularly cut page. The order was 40x45x45x45. I received 42x48x48x48.”

“I did not receive all the goods that I ordered - six items were missing and no explanation was provided. I emailed to complain two days ago but so far have had no response to my email. This is very poor order processing and customer service.”
