“There were slight issues with the frame however once I contacted them I was provided with a refund very quickly. Fantastic customer service and as a result I will have no issues in purchasing from them again.”

“The picture frame is very good - well made and to correct specifications. I have not given 5 stars as I did not receive the picture tape ordered with the frame. It was not included with the frame and despite waiting for another week, no sign of coming in a separate parcel.”

“Excellent frames. Good company to deal with. One reservation. Despite ticking the 'No Glazing' every time my order arrives with acrylic glass which I don't require. I have mentioned this several times but it still happens. I am assured that I am not charged for it. Also on occasion, the oak frames have a small dark knot mark which can be distracting to the balance of my picture. better selection could avoid this.”

“The frame was manufactured in the time agreed at the time of order. The frame appears to be well made and I have complaint about the product. The experience, however, was soured by the unsatisfactory performance of the courier who delivered the frame three days after the they first advised delivery would take place.”

“Nice frame well packed. Very pleased with this frame although still a bit shocked by the price. It was however v well made, I appreciated the multitude of clips holding it firm and the two cork wall-holdoff dots were a great touch. Would be good if it came with hole position indications for hanging in both orientations”

“The frame and matting came in good time and looks good with the framed item. I removed a star since one of the edges on the matting was cut a bit jagged and was fraying, I trimmed it myself. Also the ordering process was slightly difficult because when you upload a photo of your art the preview gets messed up. I chatted with customer service and they just said it happens. At least there was someone to ask and I'm happy with the end product. I didn't find any other suppliers who offered the same.”

“Frame is well made and just what we needed. The only criticism is that the high shipping cost is only applied at the end. This could be better advertised earlier in the process. It made me wonder whether other, seemingly more expensive sites were equal or better value for money? By the time I had put all the measurements in I didn’t want to start again on another site, but will definitely do more research if I have to order a bespoke frame again.”
